My Glorious

I got an extra hour overnight, though I should probably use it to sleep to make up for the hour I will lose in the spring, Thought instead I'd live on the wild side and touch up my weblog.

Life is full of work for me.  And Andy.  And more work.  Yeah.  I teach once a week for a Youth Theatre company.  Starbucks is 35 hours a week plus I sub several days a week for local high schools.    I subbed last week in a sewing class and looked at all the pattern books.  I want to make myself lots of woolen Burda classics.  They have a great Irish line that makes me drool.  Coats...capes...jackets...woolen pants blown by the wind o'er the moor...long flowing skirts with pleat and without...

Speaking of drooling.  I took Andy to the largest fabric store in the West last week.  We were picking out the fabric for our new duvet cover.  You should have seen him drool over the huge table of pleather. ("Has anyone seen my leather mini skirt?")

Today is Halloween.  Which is exciting, but mostly because the elections will be over in less than three days!  Hallelujah!  I never thought I'd miss Cialis commercials.

Our First Apartment!

We have settled into our first home together.  11790 SE Fuller Road in Milwaukie, OR.  It is a townhome with a garage, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a washer and dryer.
We have put away all of our lovely red kitchen wedding gifts in our first kitchen.  Aren't they dazzling?
Here we are, fresh from our honeymoon picking up our wedding gifts at my parent's home in Eugene.  We got to open them all that day.  So many presents, so little time!  You all have blessed us with way more than we were expecting.  Our new place is well equipped!
Looking at our wedding pictures.
Our new dining room.
The kitchen with us in it. :)

We are so happy!  What a perfect place to start our married life.
